Kaylee was joined on the TV stage by multiple Grammy award-winning a cappella group Pentatonix. To sing with her favorite group was of course a huge deal for the young girl. At the same time she was determined to do her own thing – and full of courage she got up on stage.
As soon as she opened her mouth and began singing Leonard Cohen’s masterpiece “Hallelujah”, the audience was blown away. From the very first second it was clear that her powerful interpretation hit the audience right in the heart!
In front of so many viewers, the brave 11-year-old sang straight from the heart, and the collaboration with Pentatonix worked perfectly. Her performance reduced me to tears, See for yourself in the video below:
