Beth Chapman, the wife of reality television star Dog the Bounty Hunter, is no stranger to sharing her life on social media.
But on June 11th, she gave her Twitter followers something rare.
Chapman is clearly pleased with how her selfie turned out, as of this writing, that tweet is pinned to the top of her Twitter profile.
Other Twitter users chimed in with their approval.

Chapman posted the from Hawaii, where she has been enjoying the scenery.
As she alluded to in her post, Chapman is currently battling cancer, although she has opted not to receive chemotherapy.
So damn pretty! Sweet lady you can beat anything that comes your way. I absolutely admire your strength and the love that you show others should be taught in the textbooks. You are truly amazing! Thank you and God bless you Beth!! ❤️🙂

Beth I hope and pray you are doing well, I’ve watched every season of Dog the bounty hunter and you are a true inspiration to me. There’s many times I’m going through something and I just think to myself how would Beth handle this or dang man I wish I could actually talk to her

According to PopCulture, Chapman said in a livestream this past May, “Chemotherapy is not my bag people. That is not for me. For me, this is the ultimate test of faith. This is my ultimate lesson. And it’ll either be taught to you or to me.”
Hike’d makapuu with #dukekahanahighmakamakaoflola this morning boy did that feel good to make it to the top without any problems it’s such a personal accomplishment to continue to do the things I love #notdoingthat #fuckcancer #wgna @dogsmostwanted pic.twitter.com/e6Piv7eZA7

For now, Chapman is relying on her faith in God to help her during her illness. At the same livestream, she said, “I don’t go to God and go….why did I get cancer? He will roll his eyes at me, because I know why — because it’s the ultimate test of faith. It’s the evidence of things hoped for and it’s the substance of things not known.”
In the meantime, she is also actively communicating with her fans on social media about her illness.
I’m not listening to anyone but my body . If my body feels good than leave it alone I’ll treat what hurts or ails me but I’m not gonna go looking for trouble lol #cancer does not define me it’s merely a footnote in my biography ! #Fuckcancer

Chapman was first diagnosed with Stage II throat cancer in September 2017, according to People. After initially being successfully removed, the cancer returned in 2018.
