Danielle Colby, star of American Pickers, has always been a force to be reckoned with.
Known for her unapologetic personality and passion for burlesque, Danielle has never been shy about sharing images where she can be seen posing nearly naked.
In fact, she’s embracing her nudity more than ever, and many fans are loving it.
Grew up as a Jehovah’s Witness
From the moment she was born on December 3, 1975, in Davenport, Iowa, Danielle Colby was destined to be anything but ordinary. Raised in a family with a deep appreciation for antiques and rare treasures, her childhood was steeped in a passion for preserving history — one artifact at a time.
Little did the world know, this small-town girl with a love for the unusual would grow up to become a larger-than-life television personality, burlesque performer, and entrepreneur, captivating audiences with her bold spirit and unapologetic confidence.
The reality television personality, who grew up as a Jehovah’s Witness, has also owned and played for a women’s roller derby team, the Big Mouth Mickies, for three years until injuries forced her to give it up.
But of course, Danielle is best known for her role on American Pickers, the History Channel’s hit reality series, where she quickly became a fan favorite. She had been a close friend of American Pickers star Mike Wolfe for nearly a decade before the show even existed. Their bond was formed long before the idea of the hit series was conceived, paving the way for an unforgettable partnership both on and off the screen.
Once American Pickers was picked up by the History Channel, Mike Wolfe reached out to Danielle Colby, asking her to join the team at the Antique Archaeology office.
The show debuted on January 18, 2010, and quickly became a massive hit. By the end of the year, it was the top-rated non-fiction series of 2010, dominating among total viewers and adults 25-54.
Her TV career broke her marriage
But Danielle’s talents extend far beyond reality TV — she’s also ventured into fashion design. She founded 4 Miles 2 Memphis, a retro-inspired clothing brand that captured the hearts of many. In 2013, she opened a brick-and-mortar store in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago.
By the time she was in her late twenties, Danielle Colby had already experienced major life milestones — married and with two children. But her television career ultimately contributed to the breakdown of her first marriage.
In May 2012, she shared with WQAD-TV that ”fame and notoriety were difficult for him to handle, so the relationship ended up not working out.”
Today, Danielle Colby is engaged to semi-retired artist Jeremy Scheuch, who travels alongside her, supporting her in both her personal and professional adventures.
There’s no doubt that family is incredibly important to Danielle Colby. The American Pickers star has a number of tattoos, each one holding deep personal meaning. One arm is dedicated to her mother and daughter, while the other honors her father and son. Danielle’s retro style even helps her connect with the motorcycle world, but there’s far more to her than just looks.
“I get spontaneous tattoos all the time. Those are the most fun ones,” she says.
“There’s a lot of history behind every tattoo I have. I’m not the type of person who would get a cat eating a cheeseburger, though I think that’s funny and cute—I do like funny, cute tattoos. But every one of mine has a deeper meaning, usually tied to someone special in my life.”
From daring outfits to sultry poses, Danielle has always lived life on her own terms. Whether she’s performing on stage, sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of her life, or simply striking a fierce pose, she keeps her followers hooked.
Her interest in burlesque goes way back.
While living with her family in Chicago, Danielle attended a burlesque show featuring comedian Margaret Cho and dancer Satan’s Angel, which inspired her to pursue burlesque dancing. After moving back to the Quad Cities area of Iowa, she founded the professional burlesque troupe Burlesque Le Moustache, with nine performers, including herself under the stage name Dannie Diesel.
”Every girl wants to feel pretty and be onstage at the end of the day. For my narcissistic side, there’s that. For the reality of it, if you hoist your 180-pound ass on stage and you doin’t necessarily feel pretty. A lot of people are very snipped and tucked in the striptease industry, so to go out there with a natural body and tru to make people emote with you and laugh and enjoy the moment when everybody feels a little vulnerable, that’s the appeal (of burlesque) to me,” she told The Forum.
Recently, jaw-dropping pictures of Danielle surfaced, showcasing her daring outfits and bold attitude. In December 2024, American Pickers star Danielle Colby set the holiday season on fire with a “spicy” burlesque video she shared on Instagram, leaving fans buzzing with excitement.
The antique collector wowed her followers in purple lingerie and sparkling nipple tassels as she performed a sultry dance with a pair of feathers. She capped off the video by pulling off an impressive headstand, leaving fans in awe.
“Burlesque is a hard to master art form, it takes a lot of hard work and patience. That being said, I think you got this,” said one fan.
Another gushed, “I have the biggest crush on you!!!”
“I didn’t know you were that flexible,” one commented, impressed by her impressive headstand.
Danielle Colby also kicked off the new year with a bold photo that definitely turned heads.
On January 1, she shared a cheeky shot of herself posing nude in front of a fireplace, captioning it, “Happy New Year! Happy Nude Rear!” She added, “I hope you all have a wonderful, happy, and successful 2025. I’ve got lots of exciting things coming your way this year, and I can’t wait to share them with you!”
Danielle also gave a shoutout to her ”other links” in her bio, which included a link to her OnlyFans page.
Whether she’s performing burlesque, showing off her stunning looks, or simply being herself, Danielle continues to prove she’s one of a kind.
