Rudolph “Rudi” Heider has lived through a lot, more than most of us will ever experience.
He’s lived through two world wars, the Spanish flu, and every world event since 1913. Not only did Rudi recently turn 107 years old, but he also beat coronavirus.
When asked how he felt for his age, Rudi said, “like I’m 170.”
And can you blame him?
Not only did he recover from the coronavirus days before his milestone birthday, but when he was 100 he suffered a stroke.
Then as if that wasn’t bad enough, he broke his C3 and C4 vertebrae while learning to ballroom dance with his girlfriend.
“Yes, he has lived quite a life out here and that’s just retirement,” his son Robert said.
Happy birthday, Rudi! May you continue to live your life to the fullest!
