Michelle Obama is undoubtedly one of the most famous women of our time.
Her rise from the South Side of Chicago to an Ivy League college and top lawyer before becoming the wife and powerful sidekick of U.S. President Barack Obama is a huge inspiration to so many women.
Her strong personality, no nonsense approach and wise words are usually delivered in the most serious of power suits, which is often the talk of the press.
This particular occasion was no exception. Her outfit floored everyone and now we all want to copy this amazing combination.
Her memoir “Becoming” is set to be the most popular autobiography ever, having sold over one ten million copies since its release in 2018.
Black sequined bustier
On her sold-out book tour Michelle stopped in the State Farm Arena, in Atlanta, where O‘s editor-at-large Gayle King asked her about her girls, marriage counseling, Barack Obama and running for president.
But it was her stunning purple suit paired with a custom black sequined bustier that was the real show stopper.
The 55-year-old looked stunning.

One of the questions posed to Mrs Obama was if she would ever consider running for president, reported The Oprah Magazine.
Her response was an immediate “no” as she went on to explain: “Here’s the thing: People have to want to be in politics,” she said.
“It has to be their passion. It’s not just because y’all like them. Like Oprah, she’s nice, she’s got a great TV show, so she should be president. That’s not how it works. We did that.”
She said one of the reasons she would not run for president was her two girls Malia and Sasha, now aged 18 and 21 years old.
‘It is a heavy ask’
“As a mother what you do not understand, if you’re asking me to run, is the toll it takes on the people around the president. It is a heavy ask.
“My children are graceful, wonderful, and they are champions to have made it through eight years alive on the other end of this. I am grateful.”
