This baking recipe is so easy, I will never eat store-bought cinnamon rolls again

There are a few things that I cannot live without, especially in the morning, and that is a cinnamon roll with my coffee. That sweet smoky flavor with a smooth cup of coffee and I’m ready for anything my day chooses to throw at me.

Most people buy the wet dough all ready to put in the oven making it too convenient for many of us. But making these beauties from scratch may just change your view on this. Especially when you see how easy they are.

For those baking gods and goddesses who have already tried baking cinnamon rolls from scratch, this is a completely new recipe that makes the whole process so much easier. Apparently this method is popular in Germany.

And while the classic cinnamon roll may be sacred to you, you should at least consider this recipe the next time you bake. Anyone who eats these with you will be forever grateful that you tried this recipe.

You will need:

 

For the dough:

 

300 grams of flour
One egg
35 grams of butter, soft
2 tablespoons of sugar
One pinch of salt
1/4 cup of yeast
125 ml of warm milk

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a bowl, then cover the bowl and let in stand in a warm place for one hour.

For the filling:

35 g butter, soft
2 tablespoons sugar
One teaspoon of cinnamon

Roll out the dough and spread with butter. Then sprinkle the sugar mixed with the cinnamon over the dough. Roll up and divide into eight. Bake in an oven heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes and enjoy!
