Recipe: Bacon bombs with cauliflower inside

Do you like cauliflower? Do you love bacon and meat? If the answer is yes to both of those questions then you’ve come to the right place.

During my years as a writer I’ve come across many recipes on social media – some of them quite spectacular and well worth a try.

But when I came across this recipe from the Germans at Leckersmecker, I instantly knew I had to share it with you, my dear readers.

This dish, which I call “Bacon Bombs with Cauliflower”, is very easy to make and contains only ingredients that I personally love. So let’s get to it and I’ll show you how to make this wonderful dish!

To make these Bacon Bombs, you need:

1 cauliflower
1 tbsp salt (for the boiling water)
1,7 lb mince beef
1 lb Bacon
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp mustard, medium scarf
1 tsp paprika powder, precious
1 tsp Oregano
1 1/2 tsp salt (for the minced meat)
1 tsp pepper, measured
Parsley

For the sauce:

13 oz of milk
0.85 cup of Edam cheese
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
