This recipe is truly the best of both worlds. All you need are some ripe or overripe bananas, some oatmeal and some raisins (and/or walnuts).

Ingredients:
- 1 overripe banana
- A handful or more of raisins (or nuts like crushed walnuts)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
Directions:
- Start by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. It’s best to mix the dough with your hands to make sure everything is properly blended.
- Form the dough into flat round discs.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet in the oven.
- Bake the cookies for 15–20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Voila! You’re done!
