For one Vancouver, Washington resident driving through her local Dutch Bros to grab her morning coffee was just part of her every day routine.
But on a cold morning in March Barbara Danner’s morning coffee was taking longer than usual. The car in front of her was stationary at the drive thru window for an unusually long time. Then she noticed the driver of the car in front, a woman, was talking to not one worker but three and Barbara was puzzled as to what was going on.
Then three boys leaned out of the drive-thru window and grabbed the woman’s hand. Barbara immediately reached for her phone and started taking pictures.
The young men were all holding the woman’s hand and they all had their heads bent.
Snapped this picture while waiting in line at the Dutch Bros on 138th Avenue today. Turns out the young lady in line…

Once the car in front of her drove off, Barbara moved to the window and learned why the boys had been holding onto the woman’s hand.
She was told the moving reason and just had to share the picture she’d taken and the story on Facebook; it quickly went viral.
The young woman had just lost her husband and the staff noticed that she was upset. When they learned about her tragedy they stopped everything and prayed with her.
These admirable young men told the woman that any time she needed coffee and a supportive hand they would be there.

The world needs more people like these young men. What an admirable and big-hearted gesture to a woman who really needed someone to stop and listen to her and offer some comfort. Please share if you agree.
