“Uptown Funk” was probably one the most played song in the whole world in 2015. In this clip, immortal dancing legends such as Gene Kelly, Shirley Temple, Judy Garland and Fred Astaire dance to the incredibly catchy song and super hit by Mark Ronson.
How can this be? All thanks to film nerd Michael Binder. Michael had seen a clip of different dance scenes synchronized to the catchy track. Inspired, he chose to do the same, but also to decided to take things to a whole new level.
As a film geek, he knew where to go to find various scenes, and ended up using 66 (!) different movies to achieve the task. The end result is seriously one of the most amazing clips I’ve ever seen. My eyes were glued to the screen the entire time.
