The big day is approaching. On May 19, the whole world will turn to Britain to watch Prince Harry marry Meghan Markle.
Now, however, Prince Harry has received a letter advising him not to marry the American actress.
The letter comes from a person who’s close to the future bride: her half brother, writes, among other media outlets, the reputed British newspaper The Independent.
On May 19, Prince Harry, the son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, will marry the love of his life, actress Meghan Markle.
The young couple will live together in Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace.
Meghan Markle, 36, is best known for her role as Rachel Zane in the TV series “Suits.” Markle and Prince Harry, 33, have officially been a couple since June 2016.

According to American magazine In Touch, Prince Harry has received a rather shocking letter from Meghan Markle’s half-brother Tom Markle Jr — who is not invited to the wedding. British tabloid Daily Express writes that it is an open letter to Harry.
This has also been reported by The Independent. The letter is described as “very unkind” by the editor of the London Evening Standard, Robert Jobson.

“Meghan is obviously not the right woman for you”
In the handwritten letter, printed in In Touch, half brother Tom warns: “As more time passes to your royal wedding, it became very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history.”
“Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you. She is a jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage.”
Tom Markle Jr. also writes in the letter that Meghan tops everything off by not inviting her own family and instead inviting “complete strangers to the wedding.” He then asks, “Who does that?”
Tom finishes by writing, “You and the royal family should put an end to this fake fairytale wedding before it’s too late.”
Markle’s parents, Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland, have previously wished the couple all the luck in the future in a press release.
“We are incredibly happy for Meghan and Harry. Our daughter has always been a kind and loving person. To see her union with Harry, who shares the same qualities, is a source of great joy for us as parents.”
Wedding plans have been in the works for a long time and updates and new information about the big day continue to surface. How or if Prince Harry will respond to the letter remains unknown. Perhaps, he’ll let it pass silently without comment.
It’s thought that Meghan’s half brother wrote the letter because he’s unhappy that he wasn’t invited to the wedding. Megan hasn’t seen him since 2011.
