24 horses were burned on Thursday in a stall fire in Connecticut, USA. 21 were riding school horses and and three were privately owned.
Emergency services received an alarm about a stall fire on Folly Farm in Connecticut, USA. When firefighters arrived on scene, the stable was in flames, and the farm owners were struggling to get the horses out.
The family-run riding facility has been teaching jumping, hunting and polo for 30 years.

The cause of the fire remains unknown but is being investigated.
