He has become a household name in the beauty business performing the most incredible transformations on women, who had practically given up on themselves.
But how did it all start? In the video below he introduces us to his incredible 78-year-old mother Joann Hopkins who bravely shows us the before and after she performs every single day. It’s quite amazing
We’re used to seeing the talented stylist perform his own miracles on those who arrive at his Minneapolis salon asking for help.
But in this very special clip he takes a step back and lets his mom show everyone how she transforms herself every day.
“At 78 my mother still puts her full face on every day,” Christopher writes on the YouTube video post adding, “This is what I watched every day growing up and it still fascinates me. You can tell where I get my inspiration.”
As she bravely faces the camera with no makeup on she declares, “Oh, it’s so bad! It looks like I died and I hope I went to heaven.”
With the blank canvas she gets to work putting on her makeup on and talks about how vital it is she wears it every day, even admitting that she doesn’t take it off at night.
And maybe she can inspire others – for this ladies and gentlemen is nothing but a fantastic transformation!
‘Gorgeous person’
Then when the masterpiece is complete she relaxes and says, “this is me.”
So many paid tribute to her beauty, both before and after her makeover, asking what products she uses.
