Caveman drops 70 pounds – in just one night, he transforms into a Disney prince

Many people struggle with their weight, especially now that summer is around the corner.

All you have to do is exercise more and eat less? Well, it’s much easier said than done.

But someone who has done it is 26-year-old Jeff Kendall. And now he’s getting praise from people around the world who are praising him for his wonderful transformation.

It all began when Jeff’s mother was in intensive care battling a serious brain disease.

Jeff lay in his bed at night wondering how to deal with the problem.

Then a friend who had recently broken up with his girlfriend came to the rescue. He also wanted to get in better shape and wondered if Jeff wanted to be his gym buddy.

And just like that, the two of them started their journey together.
