Caveman drops 70 pounds – in just one night, he transforms into a Disney prince

Many people struggle with their weight, especially now that summer is around the corner.

All you have to do is exercise more and eat less? Well, it’s much easier said than done.

But someone who has done it is 26-year-old Jeff Kendall. And now he’s getting praise from people around the world who are praising him for his wonderful transformation.

It all began when Jeff’s mother was in intensive care battling a serious brain disease.

Jeff suddenly realized he had to do something about his weight, writes the Daily Mail.

Jeff lay in his bed at night wondering how to deal with the problem.

Then a friend who had recently broken up with his girlfriend came to the rescue. He also wanted to get in better shape and wondered if Jeff wanted to be his gym buddy.

And just like that, the two of them started their journey together.

Cheered each other on

Jeff and his friend agreed to do push-ups every day and encourage each other to exercise and eat healthier.

He also went on a diet and started a yoga regimen.

A transformation

As Jeff got closer to his goal, fans started saying he looked like Prince Adam from Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.”

While taking control of his life, Jeff also takes care of his mother, who is paralyzed on one side and needs round-the-clock care.

Recently, Jeff shared his story on Reddit, where he wrote, “I’ve lost a lot of weight, a lot of sadness, and a little facial hair. I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for life. Remember to always love yourself.”

How amazing is it that Jeff managed to achieve his goal, not just by losing weight, but also by becoming much happier?

Everyone is fine just the way they are, but being healthy is always a good foundation for happiness.
