Our armed forces sacrifice so much in the line of duty.
But one group of people that is often forgotten is the loved ones of soldiers waiting at home. It’s hard for the parents, siblings and spouses of deployed soldiers to stay at home waiting for their family to return. But most of all, it’s hard for the children of military parents.
During long deployments, it’s tough for both parents and children, and any small gesture means the world to children waiting for their mom or dad to come home.
