Alison Braun came in second in the Australian version of ‘Biggest Loser’ in 2008. The mom of 3 weighed nearly 300 lbs and wanted to change her life, so she applied to the TV show, where contestants compete to lose the most weight and transform their state of mind.
Alison lost 145 lbs and made a huge impression on the show’s viewers.
However, the year after, Alison was hit by a huge family tragedy when her husband took his own life.
But now it seems that life has taken a new turn for Alison, after meeting a new partner two years ago. Furthermore, ten years after participating in the show, she has succeeded in maintaining her new 120 lb fram!

When Alison appeared on the “Biggest Loser” she weighed almost 300 lbs.
The mom of three wanted to transform her body and her state of mind, and hoped that the TV show would help her do that.

Impressively, she has managed to stay the same weight she was when she completed the show in 2008.

But just a year after she took part in “Biggest Loser”, Alison was hit by a huge family tragedy when her husband of 14 years took his own life in 2009. She thought she would never find love again, she tells The Daily Mail.
But then Alan Tyler came into her life and swept her off her feet.
“Two years on and we’re still like teenagers! I always said I would never get married again but I have certainly taken that out of the vocabulary since meeting Alan,” she says.

Alison’s three children are now 26, 18 and 14, and she says she’s “happier than ever” today.
