Mom’s clever trick for painlessly removing splinters is totally brilliant!

Getting a splinter in your finger or foot is not fun for adults or kids, but trying to persuade a child to sit still while trying to pull it out can be almost impossible.

The more you try the harder it is.

But after mom Claire Bullen-Jones figured out this simple fix, you’ll never have to hold the kids down again.

Both you and your children will be much happier the next time someone gets a splinter.

Kids got a splinter? Grab the calpol box and take out the syringe💉 that comes with it! Make sure it’s clean obviously!…

You probably have everything you need for this trick in your home already.

If you have small children at home, we’re certain you also have a calpol syringe.

All you need to do is make sure it’s clean.

Put the small hole at the bottom of the syringe as close as you can to where the splinter enters the skin and hold it tightly there. Then pull out the syringe.

The splinter will most likely come out on the first try and will be completely painless because of the vacuum created by the syringe.

If you don’t get the splinter out on the first attempt, just try again.

I almost wish I’ll get a splinter soon so I can try out this genius trick!
