Simple, healthy cookes – with just 3 ingredients

Going on a diet is good for your health, but it can be pretty challenging.

I practically addicted to sweets snacks and desserts, so it’s difficult to for me to refrain from a really good cookie or a piece of chocolate after a meal.

But there are actually some good options out there that are healthier than the cakes, cookies and pastries you can buy at supermarkets or bakeries.

So the next time you’re craving something sweet and delicious, try this recipe and save yourself the guilt and the hours slaving away in the kitchen!

Many people make cookies and cakes in the microwave, sometimes with just two or three ingredients. But it’s possible to make simple cookies with a healthy twist, too!

This recipe is truly the best of both worlds. All you need are some ripe or overripe bananas, some oatmeal and some raisins (and/or walnuts).

There’s no sugar, no additives and no unnatural ingredients. You’ll be surprised at how well this recipe works to satisfy your sweet tooth and spare you the calories at the same time.

How to enjoy this healthy snack:

Ingredients: 

  • 1 overripe banana
  • A handful or more of raisins (or nuts like crushed walnuts)
  • 1 cup of oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Start by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. It’s best to mix the dough with your hands to make sure everything is properly blended.
  2. Form the dough into flat round discs.
  3. Place the cookies on a baking sheet in the oven.
  4. Bake the cookies for 15–20 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  5. Voila! You’re done!

In less than half an hour and with just three ingredients, you can make the perfect healthy cookies!
