Apple cider vinegar – good for …

Apple cider vinegar has many uses, and not just when it comes to cooking.

It’s viewed as a miracle liquid that relieves ailments, fights disease, and improves the body’s health. It’s also thought to be good for your skin fighting acne, age spots and even wrinkles.

Apple cider vinegar contains over 30 essential nutrients, high levels of vitamin A and B, essential fatty acids, and minerals.

But what I didn’t know is that it can also work wonders for your feet.

Apple cider vinegar for the feet

Apple cider vinegar fights bacteria so can eliminate bad odors, treat fungal infections and soften the skin.

The acid content in apple cider vinegar can soften the hard skin of a callus so through this simple trick you can create a miracle remedy to treat calluses.

Mix together a solution of four parts water and one part apple cider vinegar and soak your feet for about 20 minutes. After soaking you’ll find it easier to remove any calluses with a file.

If you try this trick once a week, you’ll quickly notice the difference!

Bonus tip

You can also dip your feet in a bath of lukewarm water, a glass of apple cider vinegar and a few drops of lavender oil for beautifully smelling feet.

If you’re short on time then pour apple cider vinegar on some napkins and place them in your refrigerator overnight. Then, rub your feet with the napkins when needed.
