Let’s be honest — dating is hard.
Between awkward small talk and bad first impressions, it’s no wonder people turn to reality TV to find love. But one show took things to a whole new (and very revealing) level.
Naked Attraction, the now-canceled British dating show, skipped past dinner and small talk and jumped straight to full-on nudity. Yep, contestants got to judge each other completely in the buff.
And for one contestant, that bold approach may have worked in his favor — at least for a moment.
In a now-viral episode, Naked Attraction contestant Adele, a cancer survivor, was on a mission to find love after a string of bad boys. As part of the format, she got to peek at six potential matches standing stark naked in brightly lit pods, each gradually unveiled from the bottom up.
But one guy had something that instantly caught the attention of both Adele and host Anna Richardson.
“What do you think of red?”
Looking over at the man in the red pod, Richardson asked with a grin, “What do you think of red?”
Adele admitted she was intrigued — not just by what was clearly visible—but also by his body art. “You’ve got the world’s biggest p**is staring back at you and you’re looking at his tattoos!” Richardson gasped.
“We all like a big one, but blimey!”
Adele was clearly impressed and kept him in the running all the way to the end. The contestant was later revealed to be Jordan Maurice, a student from Leeds in England, and the two shared a date over drinks.
Unfortunately, the chemistry didn’t last. Despite exchanging numbers and talking about a second date, Jordan ghosted her not long after.
“We got on great, we exchanged numbers, we were going to go on a second date,” Adele said. “And then when you’d text, he’d read it and didn’t reply. So we’ve not spoken since, like, three weeks ago.”
Still, Adele has no regrets. Reflecting on the experience, she shared: “If anyone was to say, ‘How was the show?’ I’d totally recommend it for anyone who is wanting to put themselves out there and boost their confidence.”
Naked or not, that’s a pretty good takeaway.
