The Brady Bunch kids reunite on screen for the first time in 30 years to revisit their old TV home

It’s been 50 years since The Brady Bunch hit our TV screens and became something of an icon for so many viewers, who tuned in religiously to follow their adventures.

It aired until 1974 but that didn’t stop a whole new legion of fans being born thanks to some serious syndication after it was taken off our screens. Well if you ever wondered what the 6 Brady Bunch kids are like now then prepare to be very excited.

HGTV will debut a new show, ‘A Very Brady Renovation’, next year and social media has gone crazy with excited comments from fans.

The show features all six of the original Brady Bunch kids — Greg, Marcia, Peter, Jan, Bobby, and Cindy. The six child stars will renovate the actual Brady Bunch house in California.

This is the first time that fans will be able to see the inside of the house as only the front of the house was used for the show. Interior house scenes were shot on a Hollywood stage set.

Joining experts from design shows such as ‘Property Brothers’ the TV kids, now all grown up, will transform the inside of this iconic house.

The Brady Bunch only aired for five years but repeats have been shown on TV ever since it went off our screens in 1974. Generations of U.S. families have grown up watching this huge TV family.

But it seems that their TV house is just as famous.

“The listing agent for Studio City’s 11222 Dilling Street — better known as the Brady Bunch House — called it ‘the second most photographed home in the United States after the White House,'” according to HGTV News.

The house went up for sale recently and HGTV actually bought the property, which hasn’t been on the market since 1973.

Now fans have all kinds of ideas of what the design experts are going to do with it.

According to HGTV each of the six Brady siblings will team up with designers to put his (or her) stamp on the space.

The Brady stars are working with several HGTV veterans, including Jonathan and Drew Scott from the ‘Property Brothers,’ to renovate the house. The renovations will cost an estimated $352,000, according to People.

‘The Brady Bunch’ stars were shocked when they first entered the house as it looks nothing like the show’s sets.

“Going into the house is odd,” said Barry Williams, who played the eldest of the Brady Bunch sons Greg. “We expect to come through the door and see things that look familiar. And this isn’t familiar — yet.”

Together, the crew will transform the house’s interior into a version that matches the show, ’70s decor and all, according to Little Things.

The only thing missing is the Brady parents, Robert Reed (Mike) and Florence Henderson (Carol), and the housekeeper, Ann B. Davis (Alice) who have died.

Brady Bunch mom Carol, played by Florence Henderson, did reunite with her on screen kids to accept an award at the TV Land Awards in 2007.

But this is the first time in 15 years that all six kids have been together.

And it’s the first time since 1989 that the original cast has reunited on TV, according to Little Things.

This is so exciting for all ‘The Brady Bunch’ fans out there! Please share with all those who loved this legendary TV family.
