The drink contains only four ingredients, parsley, apple cider vinegar, lemon and water. And every ingredient has a purpose.
Parsley has a low calorie content and is also full of antioxidants, vitamin and minerals. These nutrients help ease water retention, without causing any bloating.
Lemon has many health properties and helps to cleanse the body, it can also counteract cravings, reduce inflammation and boost your immune system.
Apple cider vinegar has several good health properties, of which weight loss is one of them. It contains acetic acid which can help to reduce belly fat and control blood sugar levels, according to Very Well Health.

A study published in Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistry, which involved obese Japanese participants, gave half of them a drink containing apple cider vinegar, the other half without.
The three month study showed those who drank apple cider vinegar had a lower waist size, body weight and blood fat levels.
To make this health benefiting drink
You will need:
• 2-3 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
How to make:
1. Pour 2 glasses of boiling water over the chopped parsley and leave for about 3–5 minutes, then strain the liquid, discarding the parsley and keeping the tea. Let it cool.
2. Add the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and stir.
3. Consume immediately.
